1. In short
This site uses only technical cookies, the ones it needs to work. No profiling cookies, no advertising, no cookie-based statistics. Italian law does not require consent for technical cookies (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante guidelines of 10 June 2021).
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Some tools work in a similar way, such as browser local storage. You will find all of them below, cookies and otherwise.

None of these tools contains data that identifies you or is used to follow you across other sites.
4. Statistics without cookies
To count visits I use Plausible, installed on my own server in the European Union. It stores nothing in your browser, uses no cookies, does not keep your IP address and does not follow you across other sites. I only see aggregate data: how many visits, which pages, which site you came from.
5. Third-party services
- TidyCal (Contact page): the call booking calendar is embedded in the page and uses the technical cookies listed in the table.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (contact form): protects the form from spam by analyzing some technical browser data. It does not set profiling cookies. Cloudflare privacy policy
6. The cookie banner
The banner only appears when a tool that needs consent is active on the site. Today that is Google Analytics, which I use to understand which pages bring inquiries. It only starts if you press "Accept" (or switch analytics on under "Customize"). If you press "Decline" or close the banner, nothing is loaded. Plausible statistics, which use no cookies, work either way. You can change your mind at any time from the "Manage Cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can view and delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings:
If you block technical cookies, some parts of the site (such as the booking calendar) may not work.
